Linguini & Clam Sauce - using chickpea pasta!

One of my favorite recipes of all time comes straight from my beloved mama. I have tons of great memories of her making this recipe and hold it near and dear to my heart. Most recently, I hosted a dinner party with my friends and their partners and had this recipe featured as the main course, sandwiched between salad and chocolate trifle.


Best of all, I didn’t have to alter the recipe at all to make it paleo! A simple substitution of chickpea pasta for regular linguini was all that was needed to make it fit my diet. I even top mine with a healthy grating of pecorino romano sheep’s milk cheese.
